We only have one tier of quality here called awesome.
Ideas are just the start, but it’s only execution that gets us the points in this game. But to win the game, we need to push for awesome outcomes (great) -- because it's easy to be good (average = but it’s still mediocre from a customer’s perspective, and we aren’t interested in that town called mediocre).
Execution means that we have refined and improved till it’s awesome for the customer. Make positive decisions to unlock awesome. Learn rapidly from customers and then make compounding improvements to get there.
