Be willing to delete sector biases or other ideas that people throw upon. Go back to the fundamentals and think through what are the key steps that determine success. It’s ok to do the hard things if needed to do this properly. 



Sometimes it's best we go and start from the ground and build up all the layers with full control. This leans in heavily about our Full Stack philosophy.
